Her passion for Residential and Commercial Real Estate shines through in her work ethic and professionalism, providing clients with peace of mind and ease during their transaction. She loves educating clients on the newest trends, laws, and regulations that will best suit their needs. Castilia’s priority is to create an experience that meets her clients’ needs head on, ensuring they are making the best decision possible about their investment.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional, Castilia educated high school students for 12 years. She has transferred her love for education to the world of real estate and enjoys the connection it allows her to make with her customers. Her and her husband own one of South Florida’s top rated pest control companies, which has made her a true professional with hands on experience in the areas of marketing, advertising, sales, and negotiation.
Castilia is a graduate of Central Washington University with a B.A. in Visual Arts Education and a graduate of Washington State University with a B.A. in Hospitality Business Management with a minor in Business Administration. A powerhouse combination for the Real Estate industry.
Beyond Real Estate, Castilia enjoys the outdoors and travel. She enjoys living an active lifestyle and spends her days off with her family and friends: Snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and skiing. She has traveled to 48 state and 12 countries with the joy of exploring new cultures and foods.
